GAN (the initials in Spanish for the Nutritional Support Group) was created in 1999 in response to the need to interrelate and associate three fields: medicine, nutrition and gastronomy. Since then, GAN has continuously developed this concept of uniting Nutrition and Gastronomy, leading the field in the discipline and thereby becoming the benchmark at an international level for “Nutritional gastronomy”
